Academy Award Winning Actress Known for "21 Jump Street," "Trainwreck" & "Room"

Brie Larson is an American actress who has been featured in films such as "21 Jump Street" (2012), "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" (2010), "Sleepover" (2004), and most recently, "Trainwreck" (2015).

Larson's first real "break" was in 2009 when she starred as rebellious teenager, Kate Gregson, in the Showtime series, "United States of Tara" from 2009 to 2011. Larson gained widespread critical acclaim in her first leading role as Grace in the 2013 film, "Short Term 12," for which she was nominated for, and won, numerous awards.

A native of Sacramento, Brie started studying drama at the early age of six, as the youngest student ever to attend the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.

In addition to her talents as an actress, Brie has simultaneously nurtured an ever-growing musical career. At 13, Brie landed her first record deal at Universal Records with Tommy Mottola, who signed her sight-unseen. Her first release in 2005 led to a nationwide tour.
