Aaron Charles Carter is an American singer.

Aaron was born in Tampa, Florida. He is the younger brother of Nick Carter(one of the stars of the teen supergroup The Backstreet Boys and has three sisters (Angel Carter is his twin sister). He began his music career at 7, singing lead for the band "Dead End" for two years. Nick's success cleared the way for Aaron, whose career got started after he performed with the Backstreet Boysduring a European tour in 1997 (BSB presentation in Berlin -March 1997-). The performance was followed by a record contract, and in the fall of 1997, he released his first single, "Crush On You".

Aaron was 10 when he became a popular teen-ager star. A.C.'s first album: "Aaron Carter" (Dec/1997). Achieving gold status in Norway, Spain, Denmark, Canada, and Germany. In 1998 the album was released in the United States. In 1998, Aaron released the EP "Let The Music Heal Your Soul," a fund-raising project that featured vocals by A. Carter, the Moffatts, 'N Sync, the BSB and other artists.

His next album: Aaron's Party (Sep/2000). The album achieved triple-platinum certification. When Aaron was 13, recorded the album "Oh, Aaron" (Aug/2001) which featured his first duet recording with his brother Nick. In 2001 he accomplished a brief appearing like Jojothat in the Broadway musical Seussical.

Aaron's next album: Another Earthquake (Sep/2002), was released during the 2002-"Rock, Rap, and Retro" tour. In these album featured: "America A O"(a patriotic-themed) and "Do You Remember" (ballad). Most Requested Hits was released at the end of 2003 (Nov). The collection included tracks from his last three albums as well as a new single, "One Better".

Aaron's CD single "Saturday Night" came out Mar/2005. The song was also featured in the Popstar soundtrack. He is also an actor. His TV appearances include "Lizzie McGuire","Sabrina, the Teenage Witch", "7th Heaven", "Fat Albert", "I Want Someone to Eat Cheese with..." and "Supercross". His first lead role in a feature was in "Popstar" (2005).
