Former NFL Cornerback; Leadership Speaker

Aaron Glenn is widely considered one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL over the last 20 years. Growing up in Houston, Texas, Aaron was a Junior College All-American at Navarro College and later The Southwest Conference Newcomer of the Year, First-Team All Southwest Conference in consecutive years, and a consensus First-Team All-American at Texas A&M University.

The twelfth overall pick in the 1994 NFL Draft, Aaron played his first eight seasons with the New York Jets under legendary coach Bill Parcells. He would be named to back to back Pro Bowls in 1997 & 1998 as well as being named an NFL All-Pro both years. In 2002 he was selected in the NFL Expansion Draft by the Houston Texans where he would become the first player to be named to the Pro-Bowl and receive All-Pro honors as a Texan (2002). Over his NFL career Aaron started 176 games, recorded 41 interceptions, and scored 6 touchdowns.

In 2003 Aaron was selected by his teammates to receive the prestigious Ed Block Courage Award for a life lived as a role model of inspiration, sportsmanship, and courage. He has also been named to the exclusive New York Jets All-Time Four Decade Team.

Aaron has taken his life experience and success on the football field and turned it into a powerful source of inspiration for audiences across the United States. His message of leadership, perseverance, and personal responsibility earned him the respect of entire NFL organizations. Now he is sharing those same messages to corporate leaders, students, and influencers as a dynamic communicator.
