As the Director of he Performance Management Division for Navy Pay and Personnel, Aaron Bolin provides metrics and analytic products to support data-driven decisions. In addition, Bolin manages the inspection and audit team, sponsors efforts to improve workforce communities, and drives project execution in support of command strategic initiatives.

Born and raised in northern Illinois, Bolin completed his doctoral work in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University in 2002. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
