Aaron U. Bolin, Ph.D. is an operations research analyst with the Internal Revenue Service. He works to select and apply mathematics, economics, econometrics, and/or statistics appropriate to solving operations research problems, such as the development of computerized mathematical resource allocation models (e.g., simulation), regression models, econometric projections, or workload selection systems.

Bolin was the former director of performance management division for the United States Navy Pay and Personnel. He provided metrics and analytic products to support data-driven decisions. Bolin also managed the inspection and audit team, sponsored efforts to improve workforce communities, and drove project execution in support of command strategic initiatives.

Bolin received his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University.
