Abby Cohen is the Cofounder and Co-CEO of Sparo and the Principal at Mac & Co. Sparo is a company that works to make pocket-sized device for diagnosis and monitoring of respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, and cystic fibrosis. Mac & Co is an executive search firm that helps small to medium sized nonprofit agencies successfully navigate leadership transitions. They collaborate with agencies to identify what they need in their next leader, develop a strong candidate pool, implement an equitable, effective, and efficient evaluation process, and hire the right leader.

In 2018, she was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in healthcare. Cohen is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. There, she received her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
