Abi knew at a very early age she was born to make this world a better place. Throughout a tumultuous childhood with many ups and downs, ranging from seeing her mom violently abused to being placed in foster care from the age of 12-17 she gathered many life skills and experienced much. In her 20's she was lost, and alone, frequently homeless and out of work and a single mom to boot. She realized that if she didn't change her behavior, she would never live her passion.

That's when she discovered Hypnotherapy. She attended one of the best schools in the world, HMI College of Hypnotherapy, to receive her accreditation, and went on a beautifully healing journey of self-discovery. She worked full time, studied at night and still found time to spend with her daughter.

Once she started her private hypnotherapy practice, she realized that many people needed help that couldn't afford her services. So she started a women's support group called Women, Inspired to help others who had been through what she had. She speaks frequently to audiences who need to be inspired and to be shown that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, in business and in life. She volunteers, she writes a blog, writes books and does free videos... whatever she can to make her material more accessible to people who may need it.

Her passion is obvious and has been noticed. Abi received the prestigious 40 Under Forty Award, for being a young leader in her community of Santa Clarita. She was voted Best Hypnotherapist in Santa Clarita and in Los Angeles three years in a row. She received a nomination for Perseverance from a local non-profit Single Mother's Outreach and won the People's Choice Award.

Today you will find her still working hard in her community and private practice to change people's lives, while working on her new book "The Joy Decision: Choosing Happiness After a Life of Hard Knocks"
