Adaire Fox-Martin is a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, leading Global Customer Operations (GCO) in 71 countries. She is responsible for SAP’s business across the globe with a resolute focus on the success of over 437,000 customers and over 14,000 GCO employees worldwide. Adaire works closely with development, support, industry go-to-market and field execution leaders to ensure that SAP’s customers always benefit from an end-to-end, frictionless SAP experience. Adaire is passionate about helping customers realize greater business value through technology within their own unique environments. Before serving on the Executive Board of SAP, Adaire was president of SAP’s business in APJ, where she ran the company’s multi-functional sales and operations organizations. Her inspirational, dynamic and empathetic leadership style served as the foundation for the company’s transformation and success across the region and put SAP on the list of the Top 10 Best Multinational Workplaces in Asia for two years in a row.

A graduate of Ireland’s prestigious Trinity College, Adaire is a respected thought leader and a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences.
