Adam Breneman
Football Analyst & Broadcaster; Former Coach at Arizona State; Co-Founder, The College Sports Co.; Host of Next Up Podcast
Adam Breneman began his career as a well-respected college football player, earning the titles of a 2× 2nd-team All-American in 2016 and 2017, a Freshman All-American in 2013, and a John Mackey Award semi-finalist. Breneman accomplished a remarkable feat, leading the nation in receptions by a tight end in both the 2016 and 2017 seasons while playing for the University of Massachusetts. Breneman transitioned into coaching, serving as the tight ends coach for Arizona State and was recognized as a top recruiter.
After retiring from football, Breneman launched a successful broadcasting and media career. He is a television broadcaster and analyst for CBS Sports, and hosts a sports talk show on CBS Sports Radio. His podcast, "Next Up Podcast," features interviews with prominent college football head coaches. Breneman's media influence extends to his significant social media following, boasting over 500,000 followers across platforms. He is also the co-founder of The College Sports Company, a sports media and NIL company, and Arvelo Media, a sports production studio.
Besides his involvement in sports, Breneman was listed in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in the media category in 2024. He was also named to 247Sports' "College football's rising stars: The 30Under30 for 2020" list, speaking to his influence and potential within the sports and media industry. Off the field, Breneman is involved in philanthropic endeavors, founding "Catch The Cure" for ALS research and serving on the board of directors for The Peyton Walker Foundation and Project ALS, demonstrating his commitment to service and community engagement.
