In three short years, he was able to move upward into Sales Management and Logistics Management and consistently built upon his personal account base while training sales reps, managing a logistics team, leading branding initiatives, and leading the market in client retention and innovative growth... Over the years, he has launched several start-up businesses (consulting to e-commerce) to challenge himself and sought to find a better way to accomplish goals. After a lengthy career in the paper, packaging, recycling industry, he left the corporate world in the summer of 2015 to start a new challenge – authoring “Who Made These Stupid Rules?”, launching GoalRipple.com and traveling the globe to help other businesses, managers, and business owners to remove obstacles. He has developed Management & Leadership training courses for a major university, his book continues to sell copies across the globe.
