Actor & Comedian Known for "Rescue Me," "Nurse Jackie" & "Top Gear"; Podcast Host, "30 Minutes You'll Never Get Back"

Adam Ferrara is recognized for his role as Chief "Needles" Nelson on the FX series "Rescue Me," co-starring opposite Denis Leary, and as "Tommy Minetti," a young NYC detective in the ABC series "The Job." He also showcased his acting skills by playing NYPD Sgt. Frank Verelli on Showtime's hit series "Nurse Jackie" opposite Edie Falco. Ferrara expanded his career as a co-host on the U.S. version of "Top Gear," building on the acclaim of the BBC original. Currently, he hosts the automotive giant BarrettJackson’s classic car auction livestream and is one of the stars of the Marc Cherry CBS All Access show "Why Women Kill."

Ferrara starred in the family feature film "Little Italy" alongside Emma Roberts and Hayden Christensen and in the indie film "Lost Cat Corona" with Ralph Macchio and Paul Sovino. Known for his shows on "The Tonight Show" and the "Late Show with David Letterman," as well as Comedy Central, he also released a stand-up special, "Funny As Hell," on Comedy Central in 2009, which was later distributed on DVD. His album "Unconditional" was voted “Best Comedy Album 2018” by theinterrobang.com and consistently airs on Sirius XM Radio. He also frequently performs stand-up at notable venues like Caroline's and the Comedy Cellar and tours the top clubs around the country. Ferrara has been twice nominated for the American Comedy Award for Best Male Stand-Up. He delves into the podcasting world with "30 Minutes You’ll Never Get Back," showcasing his unique brand of humor and relatability.
