Adam is a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where he has worked since January 2011. He is passionate about the need for a shift to a more value-based, sustainable form of capitalism, and about the potential of young people to drive change. Adam is currently leading the development of a major initiative to equip the next generation of business leaders with the skills to integrate their personal values, corporate profitability and societal need.

Adam is co-Founder and Chairman of Student Hubs, a national charity that engages university students with social issues and launches them on a lifelong journey of civic participation. Student Hubs has a network of over 25k students across 8 top UK universities, and a fast growing social enterprise arm currently with a turnover of ~£2m pa. Adam also co-founded Emerge, a joint venture with Said Business School to inspire the next generation of social entrepreneurs, and is a board member of the Emerge Lab, a 12-month accelerator programme for educational start-ups.

Adam graduated with a first-class degree in Theology from St Peter's College, Oxford University. At Oxford he was awarded a choral scholarship, and the inaugural Vice-Chancellor’s Civic Award. Adam was selected to represent BCG at the London Olympic games as a Torch Bearer in the final day of the Olympic Torch relay.
