On television, Levy has played a number of supporting roles including the part of Bentivolio in Borjia for Atlantic Productions. In 2015, he was cast in the lead role of disciple Peter in all 12 episodes of NBC show "A.D. The Bible Continues," which was filmed in Morocco.

One of Levy's earliest film roles was in Ridley Scott's Gladiator, though his scenes were eventually cut. In 2014, he appeared in Before I Go To Sleep with Nicole Kidman.

In 2019, Levy was featured in the first season of the Netflix original series "The Witcher" as the druid Mousesack, starring alongside Henry Cavill, Freya Allan, and Anya Chalotra.
