Adam is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting focused on Financial Services. As the Regional Sector Leader for Banking & Securities, he assists financial institutions in their business transformation, including developing strategy; creating new capabilities, improving customer servicing, integrating business units, implementing technology, and changing operating models. He has successfully worked with clients implementing changes in banking, capital markets, asset and wealth management, home lending, and transaction processing.

Adam is a seasoned banker and technologist, having been the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer responsible for technology, operations, and administration at a major institutional asset management firm prior to Deloitte. He also drives the Intellectual Property Program through the Center for Financial Services. Adam is widely published and regarded as an expert in his field, having:

• Developed original research on Shadow Banking that include presentations to the Federal Reserve, the Bank for International Settlements, and on the air at CNBC;

• Been a speaker and panelist at The Federal Reserve’s 2013 Conference on Credit Markets;

• Written articles and been quoted in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the New York Times, and USA Today;

• Lectured at the MIT Sloan School, NYU Stern School of Business, and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School; and

• Presented at over 50 conferences, including the Investment Company Institute, Bank Administration Institute, American Bankers Association.

Adam holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. from MIT.
