Adam Scorgie has produced and co-produced numerous award winning feature documentary projects in his short time in the feature film world.

Adams’s career in the entertainment business began in New York City, where he spent four years working and studying in the film industry. Having graduated from the three year program at the renowned William Esper Studios in Manhattan, Adam was continually working on his acting craft on various television and film projects such as "Whoopi," "All My Children," "The Guiding Light" and "As the World Turns"

Upon returning to Canada, Adam set out to co-create and executive produce his first feature documentary, "The Union: The Business Behind Getting High," which exceeded all expectations by being selected to 33 international film festivals, where it won several best feature documentary awards, received distribution in numerous countries and is currently the highest ranked Canadian documentary by popular vote on IMDB.

Scorgie also produced the critically acclaimed feature documentaries "The Good Son" and "I Am Bruce Lee"; both feature documentary films which include the likes of Dana White, Kobe Bryant, Jon "Bones" Jones, Mickey Rourke, Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini and Ed O'Neill.

Since then Adam has been speaking and presenting numerous seminars, workshops and talking sessions about the film to universities and private organizations. He has spoken at Suffolk University, Willamette University and UNC Charlotte. His project "The Culture High" received rave reviews that scours the deep-seated roots of this morally induced marijuana campaign and reveals the fascinating path it has taken to get to where it is today. The film features close up interviews from Snoop Dogg, Joe Rogan, Wiz Khalifa, Rufus Hound, Ed Burns and more. The film was released September 6, 2014.
