In 2012, Adam Sud reached a breaking point in his life. Weighing nearly 350 pounds and struggling with multiple addictions, serious chronic diseases, and mental health challenges, his life nearly ended when he survived a suicide attempt by drug overdose. Following rehabilitation -- and with the crucial support of his parents and a nutrient dense diet -- he began a transformative journey that led to remarkable recovery. Within one year, he reversed his chronic health conditions, discontinued all medications, lost 150 pounds, and ultimately reached a total weight loss of 175 pounds.

Today, Sud is recognized as an authority in addiction recovery, behavior change, and nutrition. He has collaborated with distinguished health and wellness organizations such as Whole Foods Market, Plant-Strong, and Mastering Diabetes, and he serves as a strategic advisor to R360 Global. An international speaker in both the health and wellness and addiction recovery fields, Sud has presented at renowned events, including Google, Whole Foods Market Tribal Gathering, Aerial Recovery: Heal the Heroes, and Make Big Happen Summit.

Sud spearheaded the groundbreaking first-of-its-kind research study examining how a nutrient-dense dietary intervention can positively influence early addiction recovery outcomes.
