Adele McClure serves as policy advisor to Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax. In this role, she helps develop state-level policies while investing in the community. Previously homeless, McClure also serves on the Arlington 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness and she has used her voice to address Virginia's high eviction rates. In 2019, she was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Law & Policy.
