Adolph is a Professional Speaker. Motivator, Trainer, Facilitator, and Mentoring Consultant. He owns 3 businesses namely: (1) Adolph - a Professional Speaking and Training business and (2) Speakers 101 a portal promoting Africa's Speakers and Trainers.and (3) mentorzone Prior to branching out on his own Adolph headed up the First National Bank Group Web Channel. He was also Senior Manager of New Product Development at WesBank Marketing, moving to this position from that of Senior Manager - Sales and Services at WesBank First Auto. He was with First National Bank Group for 30 years. Dolf has been on the Professional Speaking Circuit since 1992 and has presented over 2,000 speeches / breakaways and over run over 600 workshops to Local and International audiences. He Specialises in Motivational and Inspirational Keynote presentations and Management, Leadership, Sales, Customer Service, Mentoring and Presentation Skills Training. In 1996 Dolf was crowned Southern and All African Champion Public Speaker by Toastmasters International and he represented Southern Africa at the World Championship of Public Speaking in the USA in the same year. He was a Certified Associate of the SA Institute of Bankers and a Personnel Technician (Generalist) with the SA Board of Personnel Practice. From Toastmasters International he has received their highest award as a Distinguished Toastmaster and he also led the Southern African Region as District Governor. He was the SA Speech Champion in 1996, and represented Africa at the International World Championship Speech Contest in the USA In the same year. Dolf is a Professional Member of PSASA -The Professional Speakers Association of SA. He is also a Founding Member of UPSA-SA - United Professional Sales Association of South Africa
