Dr. Ai Addyson-Zhang is a professor turned entrepreneur. She taught in the classroom for 10+ years and has helped more than 2K students achieve career success.

When teaching public relations and social media, she realized she needed to become more digitally savvy to teach these topics effectively. She started doing everything that she required her students to do, such as blogging, creating content, and developing a professional brand for herself.

Addyson-Zhang has become a thought leader in alternative education. Her work got featured on Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inside Higher Education, Pearson Education, and numerous other publications, podcasts, and books. She has also become an Adobe Education Leader and HubSpot Academy Instructor. She hosts webinars for SEMrush regularly and speaks at their Global Marketing Day. She frequently speaks at industry and academic conferences on social media marketing and the future of education.

After resigning from her Associate Professor position in May 2019, she has fully devoted her time to building her own school, Classroom Without Walls. It is a movement to reinvent teaching and to make learning fun, transformative, and relevant.
