Anti-Bullying, Mental Health & Anti-Ageism Advocate, Poet & Bestselling Author

Aija Mayrock is the founder and president of Aija LLC, a media company focused on social issues such as ageism, bullying, mental health, women's rights and stories around the Jewish diaspora. An international bestselling author, her books "The Survival Guide to Bullying" and "Dear Girl" have been translated into multiple languages and incorporated into school curricula. She also is the creator of the TV show "Don't Go Quietly," which addresses ageism.

Mayrock has performed her poetry for more than four million people globally at venues like Madison Square Garden, the Microsoft Theater, the UN, and Town Hall, among others, and partnered with major brands for creative campaigns. A recent MBA graduate from Columbia Business School, she was selected as an Eisenhower Fellow. The fellowship will take Mayrock to South Korea and Japan to explore innovative approaches to aging and longevity. Inspired by her personal experiences, she aims to create a media network that better represents older individuals and addresses their challenges, ultimately improving the lives of the aging population of the United States.
