AIMEE HOYT is the senior vice president of global human resources at Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company. She has a track record of driving business growth, leading workforce transformation and creating high performing teams. Prior to Rackspace, Hoyt spent the five years as the HR leader for IGT, located in Las Vegas, NV. IGT is the global leader in gaming machines with 5,000 employee and $2 billion in revenue. During her time at IGT, she led the company’s organizational design, performance management, reward and recognition, workforce planning, leadership and talent development programs. In 2014, Hoyt was recognized as Nevada’s Women of Achievement for her personal contributions to the community. She has also held leadership positions in human resources for some of the world’s best-known technology companies – HP, Cisco and Sun Microsystems.
