Ainsley Hayden Earhardt is a correspondent for the Fox News Channel. She provides live news cut-ins at night Monday through Wednesday. Earhardt also reports for FOX's Hannity with her own segment called "Ainsley Across America". Since being at FOX, she has co-hosted Fox and Friends and has been a panelist on The Live Desk. As of March 5, 2012, she began co-hosting Fox & Friends First as part of the rotating lineup at 5 a.m. Eastern Time.

Earhardt joined FOX News Channel (FNC) in 2007 as a correspondent. She currently serves as a co-host on "FOX & Friends First." Presented weekdays at 5 AM/ET, the program is an hour-long expansion of "FOX & Friends" and is anchored by a pair of rotating hosts.

Prior to her current position, Earhardt served as a morning/noon anchor for CBS affiliate, KENS-5 in San Antonio, Texas. Earhardt also was a morning/noon anchor for WLTX- News 19 in Columbia, South Carolina. In 2004, while at WLTX- News 19, viewers voted Earhardt "Best Personality of the Year" in Columbia Metropolitan Magazine.
