Al Hubbard is co-founder and CEO of E&A Industries, Inc., an acquisitions firm that currently owns companies in specialty chemicals, light fixtures, medical equipment, and food products. In addition to his work at E&A, Hubbard has served in the White House under two different administrations. During the George H. W. Bush administration, Hubbard was deputy chief of staff to Vice President Dan Quayle and executive director of the President’s Council on Competitiveness. During the George W. Bush administration, Hubbard served as assistant to the president for economic policy and director of the National Economic Council. Hubbard has also served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards including WellPoint Corporation.
