Co-Host NBC Today Show Media Entrepreneur, Author

Over 32 million viewers wake up each morning to Al Roker on NBC's Today show. His daily encounters with visitors across America on the sidewalks outside of Studio 1-A are a highlight of the program. Al's on-air duties for Today involve much more than the weather. He conducts interviews with celebrities, newsmakers and just plain people from around the world in a wide variety of segments on every imaginable subject.

He also hosts the morning show Wake Up With Al on the Weather Channel.

A twelve-time Emmy Award winner, in 2007 Roker launched a regular segment on Today called "Al's Book Club for Kids," in which he regularly chooses books designed to keep young people excited about reading.

Roker hosts numerous specials for NBC, including the ever-popular Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Christmas Tree Lighting at Rockefeller Center, and The Rose Bowl Parade. According to the NY Post, Al Roker is the "best-known and the best-loved weatherman in the world!"

A successful entrepreneur as well, Roker is president and CEO of Al Roker Entertainment, which produces critically acclaimed and highly-rated series for a variety of networks, including PBS, Discovery Health, The Food Network, MNSBC, A&E, MTV, Spike TV and the History Channel.

An acclaimed author as well, Roker's books include New York Times bestseller Don't Make Me Stop This Car: Adventures in Fatherhood, Al Roker's Big Bad Book of Barbecue, Al Roker's Hassle Free Holiday Cookbook, and Big Shoes: In Celebration of Dads and Fatherhood. He also co-wrote with Dick Lochte, the mystery novel The Morning Show Murders, introducing Crime solving Chef and morning show host, Billy Blessing. His latest in that series is The Midnight Show Murders.
