Albert Chan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Tickr, the leading AI-powered data solution for maximizing retail sales, marketing and brand performance. In this role, Chan develops and executes B2B sales & marketing GTM plans that achieve $XXM in additional ARR. He also ensures this strategy is cohesive with milestones, spanning from business development, customer success, marketing, outbound, channels and online sales.

In his last role at Google, Chan was the Japan and Korea country head, responsible for the product strategies and sales activation plans in both mature & emerging markets for all SMB clients. Prior to that, he was the Head of Industry in eCommerce & Retail, where he was able to leverage his passion and expertise for leading digital transformation by creating frictionless shopping experiences, best-in-class digital marketing solutions, and full-funnel sales strategies.

Chan's first assignment at Google was spending 5 years overseeing their global eBay business, where he developed joint business plans (JBP's) with eBay's global executives, grew market share, and delivered against their business objectives. He also managed several SMB teams that had over 120 CPG and DTC partners.

Before Chan joined Google, he held numerous leadership positions at Procter & Gamble. He partnered with cross-functional teams and worked with customers from all different channels such Mass, Drug, Club, Dollar, Grocery, Specialty, and Pure Play.

Outside of work, Chan has traveled the world as a keynote speaker on the eCommerce, retail, and digital space. During the pandemic, he graduated from the Harvard Business School and earned his alumnus status by completing the executive PLDA program.
