Alessandro's company is building a wearable device that measures oxygen levels in muscles to determine how hard athletes should push themselves, when muscles have recovered and when training can resume.

The wearable has been sold out each month since it launched in February 2018; in 2019, the company plans to add an AI training component to its app to help users get more out of the device, and is pursuing partnerships with athletic companies to embed its technology in their clothing.
