Celebrity Chef Alex Montiel is known for his south western cuisine which he develops during the culinary training under many renowned chefs and at famous restaurants. Chef develops his culinary interest at a very young age. He got his... s training under many renowned Michelin chefs and at some famous resorts like Four Seasons Inn on the Park in Houston, at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, The Grove Isle Club and resort and many more. Before moving on to Virginia, Alex gained the required expertise in the field.

Before opening up his own restaurant in 2007 spring, he worked out as executive chef in Charlottesville’s Boar’s Head Inn. He receives great acclaims for his southwestern inspired menu at La Cocina del Sol restaurant in Virginia which is known for delicious dining experience. Apart from the cooking, Alex also get involved in giving culinary lectures and taking cooking classes at some local vineyards and catering services.
