Alex Montoya is a business owner, international speaker, and published author. He is the proud business owner of AMOtivational Communications: Motivational Presentations & Communication Consulting. Alex is dedicated to creating lasting solutions for his clients by delivering motivational presentations and inspiring them to overcome any obstacle they may face as a corporation or as an individual.

Alex Montoya is also an accomplished author. He was one of the first San Diegans mainstreamed from special-education in 1980, a feat that earned him a spot in the San Diego Unified School District “Hall of Fame” in 2013. Alex is the former Manager of Latino Affairs for the San Diego Padres where he oversaw the team’s outreach and charitable programs to the Latino community in San Diego County and Mexico.
