Alex Mas is a professor of economics and public affairs at Princeton University and the former chief economist at the Department of Labor. As a visiting fellow, Mas will be working on a project on the effects of changes in the supply of credit from commercial banks on small business growth and local economic activity with a focus on the Great Recession.
