Creative Technologist in the Research and Development Lab at The New York Times

Alexis Lloyd is a Creative Technologist in the Research and Development Lab at The New York Times, where she investigates technology trends and prototypes future interfaces for content delivery. She joined the company in 2007. She also has extensive experience as a multimedia and interaction designer, having designed award-winning projects for clients such as FOX, Columbia University, American Express, The New York Historical Society, PBS, and others. In addition, her data-driven new media artwork has been shown internationally, in such venues as the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, SIGGRAPH, the Chelsea Art Museum, Artgadgets (Netherlands), MAD Emergent Arts Center (Netherlands), and Symphony Space. Alexis holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons The New School for Design.
