Alfred Jones is the Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Peloton Interactive, an experienced leader and expert in developing highly effective cross-functional teams. His two passions in life are creating great products and building great teams. Professionally, this allows Jones to deliver solutions to complex design, engineering and supply challenges and meet high volume manufacturing needs while maintaining cost and quality targets. Jones proves a culture of collaboration, innovation and diversity paves the way to innovation and ingenuity.

Jones started his career at Motorola Inc., where the first product he worked on was the Razr2 flip phone, one of the most innovative mobile phones of its time. Jones has over 16 years of experience leading teams at Amazon, Fitbit and Lyft, all companies that have truly disrupted their industries. He has experience developing innovative technology that truly becomes a part of a consumer’s daily life from consumer electronics to autonomous vehicles.

Jones has a dual degree from Morehouse College and North Carolina A&T in Physics and Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Florida International University.
