is one of the executive producers of the hit USA network show “Burn Notice.” Barrios was born and raised in Los Angeles. He’s a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. After a five-year stint as a litigator at the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers, he ventured into screenwriting and was staffed on various television shows, including “First Monday,” “Mister Sterling,” “Lyon's Den,” “Law & Order,” “Just Legal,” “Close to Home,” and “Justice.”
