Alice Cooper, an American rock singer and songwriter, has a career that spans over sixty years, during which he has sold over 50 million records. Known for his unique blend of various musical styles, Cooper's music encompasses genres such as hard rock, glam rock, heavy metal, and glam metal, with influences from new wave, art rock, and industrial rock. Cooper's theatrical brand of rock, which often incorporates horror imagery and stage illusions, has earned him the title of "The Godfather of Shock Rock".

Throughout his career, Cooper has accumulated numerous awards and nominations, testifying to his impact and longevity in the music industry. He began his career in the 1960s as part of a band called the Earwigs, which later became the Spiders and then Nazz, before finally adopting the name Alice Cooper in 1968.

Cooper is the founder of the Solid Rock foundation, offering vocational and arts training for teens. An avid golfer, Cooper has written an autobiography titled "Alice Cooper, Golf Monster." Cooper has also contributed to comic books, including Marvel Premiere and Bart Simpson's Treehouse of Horror.
