Alicia M. Phidd, M.P.S., J.D. was fortunate to experience both natural science and social science careers. She became the third chemist and first female chemist in her family. She worked in that industry for a few years before deciding to attend law school. Upon completing law school, she practiced in several areas of law before concentrating on business law and commercial litigation.

Ms. Phidd has brought or defended many different business issues and immigration issues in our legal system since becoming licensed in Florida in 1999. She represents high-profile clients with damages ranging from half a million dollars to billions of dollars.

Ms. Phidd enjoys meeting and helping people and as a result became known in Tampa Bay and South Florida as the ultimate networker. She took the time to remember what you do and how she could help you. She never fails to introduce parties of the same industry or those that should know each other.

While in her career as an attorney, Ms. Phidd also developed as a professor and has an equally long and impressive career in academia teaching business law, employment law and environmental law.

Ms. Phidd promotes a few things in her community efforts. They are minority health awareness on cancer and diabetes, and Education.
