Alina Su has a passion for biotech and healthcare, with a personal mission to empower accessible healthcare for all. Inspired to focus on aging & regeneration while working as a researcher at Harvard Medical School during her PhD and at The Conboy Laboratory at University of California, Berkeley, she is the co-founder and CEO at Generation Lab, which is extending the human healthspan with the first test based on biomedical evidence that measures an individual’s biological age progression.

Prior to co-founding Generation Lab, Su was the founder and CEO of start-up NovaXS, a medical device company which developed a needle-free injection platform to help patients get better, more pain-free care. Called Telosis, it is undergoing clinical trials before FDA approval.

Su was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list Boston in 2023 and is an alum of tech accelerators Y Combinator and TechStars.
