Alison Lewis is Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies’ first-ever Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for iconic brands including NEUTROGENA®, JOHNSON’S®, and LISTERINE®. In addition to directing global marketing, Alison is driving capability building in digital and strategic consumer insights, professional marketing, and the innovation pipeline. A creative visionary with 25+ years of leadership experience, she was named 2016 Woman of the Year by Advertising Women of New York. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Alison held senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company (where she won the Clio Brand Icon Award and Cannes’ Creative Marketer of the Year), and at Kraft Foods.

Alison also oversees global capability building in professional marketing, digital and strategic consumer insights, and leads innovation pipeline development in partnership with the Chief Technology Officer. A passionate visionary, Alison brings more than 25 years of brand management and marketing leadership, and has a reputation for growing global brands and creating customer value. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Alison served as the Senior Vice President-Marketing, North America for The Coca-Cola Company. During her tenure with Coca-Cola, she and her marketing team received a number of recognitions, most recently Cannes’ Creative Marketer of the Year.
