Alison Watkins is the non-executive director of PGA of Australia and the non-executive director of Reserve Bank of Australia. She is currently the Chancellor of the University of Tasmania.

Watkins is a former CEO and director, has held several distinguished leadership positions throughout her career. Her tenure as the Group Managing Director of Coca-Cola Amatil from March 2014 to May 2021 saw her implementing strategic and operational initiatives that not only drove business growth but also strengthened the company's market position.

Watkins's significant service to business and leadership roles across a range of organizations was formally recognized in the 2022 Australia Day Honours when she was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia.
