Alisyn Camerota is the co-host of CNN's morning show "New Day," alongside Chris Cuomo. Since joining CNN, she has covered major breaking news stories both domestically and internationally. Camerota has conducted impactful interviews with 19 of the 2016 Presidential candidates, including notable sessions with Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, and a particularly challenging interview with Ben Carson. In addition to political coverage, her interviews with more than a dozen women who accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault significantly advanced the public narrative on this issue. Camerota's foreign reporting assignments have included coverage of the Paris and Brussels terror attacks.

During her tenure at CNN, Camerota has reported on crucial incidents such as the tragic South Carolina church shooting and the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, FL. Beyond her role on "New Day," she has anchored primetime specials, including "Sexual Assault on Campus," focusing on the epidemic of sexual assaults on college campuses, and "The Cosby Show: A Legend Under Fire," which featured discussions with the comedian's alleged victims.

Before her time at CNN, Camerota spent 16 years as co-host of "America's News Headquarters" on Fox News Channel. She also co-anchored "Fox & Friends Weekend" and contributed to the "Fox & Friends" weekday franchise. Throughout her career, she has been live on air for numerous significant events, including the onset of the Iraq War and the space shuttle Columbia disaster. Camerota is married and resides in the New York area with her three children.
