Allen leads the Endeavor Investor Network, an initiative designed to connect US-based venture capitalists with high-impact entrepreneurs and local investment partners across Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Over the past 24 months, Endeavor has helped 60+ Endeavor companies raise over $240 million in equity capital through customized mentoring, support and introductions.

Previously, Allen spent three years in Endeavor’s New York headquarters, running the firm’s search and selection process. Prior to joining Endeavor, Allen co-founded and directed the US-based non-profit organization Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) and spent time in Europe supporting program expansion for the London-based NGO GuideStar International.

A native Californian and travel enthusiast, Allen has studied, worked and traveled in over 70 countries. He has been recognized as a Kauffman Fellow and one of the “Top 99 Under 33 Young Foreign Policy Leaders.”
