Allison Mooney

Leading authority on Personality Plus (a dynamic profiling system).

An international corporate speaker and presenter of vast experience, Allison first came to notice for outstanding customer service as Manager of Ansett Golden Wing (Auckland), where her benchmark legendary customer service record came to be immortalised in the "I can't - I've split my trousers!" advertisement (part of a group of TV commercials which are based on true life service experience).

Allison is a leading authority on Personality Plus (a dynamic profiling system). Allison uses this program to build teamwork, customer service, and selling skills.

A recent exciting innovation is the development of a higher level of Personality Plus entitled "Personalities in Staff Motivation".

During her 12 year sojourn with both Ansett and managing Qantas's First Class Lounge, Allison found herself in constant demand to share with others her gift at people relating skills, and soon began fronting seminars on this subject matter.

As well as business oriented audiences including Carter Holt Harvey, Telstra and Toyota, Allison has also done work in the educational field, inspiring and motivating teenagers.

Her most sought after presentation deals with understanding people and effectively communicating with them.

Allison is self-employed, a trainer for Personality Plus having completed certification in USA. She was involved with the very high rated TV program "Treasure Island" where she was required to use her skill in analysing the 10 contestants. In another reality TV program called Pioneer House, Allison was involved in choosing the family. Most recently, Allison has co-authored a book around marketing and contributed a chapter to another book - the chapter is called LIPS: Ladies Initiating Prosperity and Success.

Understanding the personalities of people has been the key to her career success, staff management, dealing with demanding discerning customers, and not forgetting relationships with her friends, her children, and even her spouse!

Following on her successful career as speaker Allison has written a book that came out in 2007 called "Pressing the right Buttons". This book is specifically to help people understand their colleagues in the business world. It provides a simple framework for analysing personality types.

Allison has won "Speaker of the Year" 2004/05/06 and the "2004 Most Humorous and Entertaining Speaker".

Allison's own presentation style makes for a fun and entertaining program. She is a popular speaker with audiences and much loved for her informal, uncomplicated style.
