Allyson Hernandez is a multi-passionate creative entrepreneur. What does that even mean? It means she's not just one thing. None of us are.

Hernandez is an author, Executive, Career & Life coach, actor, singer, composer, and mom.

She founded AH Coaching Group, LLC, to work with rock-star leaders to embrace their extra, develop their leadership muscle, crush their creative and professional goals, and turn their dreams into reality. She believes, when people are their most authentic selves, they are the most successful in leadership and in life.

Hernandez has been an Associate Certified Coach since 2018, accredited through the International Coaching Federation, and trained through IPEC. She's certified in Energy Leadership, Myers-Briggs, and Emotional Intelligence.

Hernandez has a BFA in Musical Theater/English from Syracuse University and am a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and ASCAP.

Soul Stories, Hernandez’s debut EP, can be found on iTunes, Spotify, and YouTube. She has performed at the acclaimed Apollo Theater and toured with the Gospel musical If This Hat Could Talk, directed by Tony award-winning director George Faison.

Her debut novel that originated as a Musical, "Ballad of Dreams," hit the shelves in January 2022.
