Alyson Stoner is a multi-disciplinary artist, author, and global speaker. She is co-founder of Movement Genius, the radically inclusive digital studio using movement to improve mental and emotional health. On the app, users have access to on demand and live classes to help with their own spiritual, mental, and health journeys. Committed to advocacy in mental health and social impact, Stoner has partnered with the United Nations, World Economic Forum, World Health Organization, Al Gore’s 24 Hours of Reality, Los Angeles LGBTQIA+ Center, TED, and many others. Stoner holds multiple certifications in the mind-body space, including trauma-informed movement facilitation under clinical trauma specialist Dr. Jamie Marich.
During her childhood years, Stoner performed in 200+ films, TV shows, and tours, including Disney Channel's "Camp Rock" & "Phineas & Ferb" and film franchises "Step Up" & "Cheaper by the Dozen." She remains active in the voiceover world and can be heard in “The Incredibles 2,” Amazon's "Pete the Cat", “Lego Batman”, WB’s “Young Justice”, and Nickelodeon's "Loud House". Stoner recently penned an op-ed piece for People about the "Toddler to Trainwreck Pipeline," which illustrates the psychological impact of child stardom and the need for mental health support for artists. Most recently, she released her e-book “Mind Body Movement: The 7-Step Guide to Heal Your Body and Improve Your Mental Health”, which helps you reconnect with your body to reduce stress and anxiety, improve relationships and communication, and uncover the habits that are keeping you stuck.
