Alzo Slade is a correspondent for "VICE News Tonight," the Emmy Award-winning nightly newscast from VICE Media and HBO. Since joining VICE News in 2018, he has reported on a wide range of topics ranging from President Trump's border wall to men's hair weaves.

In addition to his work for "VICE News Tonight," Slade is a professional documentary/fashion photographer and stand-up comedian. He's also a former professor at The College of New Rochelle in New York where he taught philosophy.

In 2019, Slade appeared in the documentary She Did That!, an in-depth look at the personal lives and businesses of black women entrepreneurs. In the documentary, Slade discusses the importance of black men supporting black women starting and running businesses.
