Amalaonye Josephine Kachikwu is an entrepreneur, author, and brand strategist. Serving as the CEO of GIA Media Services Limited, a renowned PR and Communication company, Kachikwu provides strategy and solutions-based consulting to firms around the world. Kachikwu's industry experience includes work with Citi-bank, CNN International London, NHS UK (National Health Service), Metlife, Union Bank, Oasis Capital Ltd, RFR professionals and currently GIA Media Services Ltd.

She was appointed as Youth Leader Representative in 2003 from her University to assist the administration of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in drafting the youth policy development program. She advised the British Government on Brexit through her 25 page musings titled Queen Ama Flow Quadrant: Brexit Resolution and Repositioning paper 2018. The successful transitioning of European Union and Trade Negotiations.

She is the author of "Ultimate Journey to Greatness," an award winning book which elaborates in one of the chapters the power of appreciation also known as the power of gratitude. She has passion for helping others to unlock the greatness in them and become world changers leaving a lasting legacy.

Kachikwu has received many awards and accolades for her accomplishments including; a UN Peace Ambassador award, the FIN AFRICAN WOMAN OF EXCELLENCE AWARD 2021, and Rising star award at AFRICA-UAE trade investment summit, and GAAV best female motivational speaker and creative voice of 2022.

She has a masters degree in Environmental and Resource Economics from University College London and a PHD in Administration (Decision Making)
