Amber Riley, an American actress and singer, has established a versatile career across television, music, and theater. She gained prominence through her role as Mercedes Jones on the Fox comedy-drama series "Glee," an endeavor that led to three NAACP Image Awards nominations and a shared Screen Actors Guild Award win for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Furthering her television success, she emerged victorious in season 17 of "Dancing with the Stars" and served as a judge on the BBC One musical theatre talent show "Let It Shine." On the music front, Riley has charted over 200 entries on the Billboard Hot 100 as a member of the Glee cast, and in 2020, she released her debut extended play "RILEY."

She also formed a musical theatre supergroup called Leading Ladies with Beverley Knight and Cassidy Janson. Building on her musical success, Riley released her debut album, "Songs from the Stage," in 2017, which was nominated for a Classic Brit Award for Album of the Year. Riley's upcoming projects continue to showcase her multifaceted talents. She is set to release a new R&B album and will be lending her voice to the animated series "Disney Junior's Ariel". Further, she will star in the musical comedy "Dream" on NBC.
