Amber Venz Box is the President and Co-Founder of rewardStyle, an invitation-only monetization platform for top tier fashion, beauty, and lifestyle publishers and influential retailers around the world.

Growing up, her parents focused their spare time on creative projects and her dad, a business owner, encouraged entrepreneurship. By middle school Venz Box had created a vintage denim business, reconstructing old jeans into denim skirts and selling them to her classmates. Throughout her teens and early twenties she designed, created and wore her own dresses. One of those dresses hit cult status when a Bravolebrity, her friend Courtney Kerr, wore it on the season finale of her show; it appeared in People Magazine and Venz Box launched a pop-up dress line to sell them en masse to the public.

Before founding rewardStyle in early 2011, Amber worked on all sides of the fashion industry. As a college freshman in 2005, she launched her eponymous jewelry line, selling to retailers across the southern United States. Amber later worked as a freelance stylist in LA, a fit model and global wholesale intern for Thakoon in NY and became a retail buyer for a luxury boutique after college graduation. In April 2010, at the age of 22, she launched her style blog VENZEDITS.com, which she still runs today.

After a few months of running VENZEDITS, she was addicted to documenting and sharing her outfits, favorite trends and shopping hauls, the only problem was, it took up so much of her time and she was unable to monetize her work. As a young girl, living at home, eating cereal and investing every dime she made into the growth of her jewelry line, she couldn’t afford to spend time on projects that did not pay her bills.

In 2011, Venz Box's launched rewardStyle, a monetization platform and turn-key business solution for premium digital style influencers, with her then-boyfriend, now-husband, Baxter Box. They worked around the clock for five years building the business and what started as a project in their tiny apartment, is now a large, multi-national business with 250 team members across seven offices around the world- London, Berlin, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo and Shanghai.

They also created the LIKEtoKNOW.it App, where you can Shop Your Screenshots, using screenshots of outfits to find it for yourself online.

Venz Box and her husband are fiercely proud of their team and of the company that they have built and of the thousands of digital style influencers around the world that have been able to use rewardStyle as their turn-key business solution to earn a healthy living do what they love: sharing beautiful content.

Venz Box is a full-time working mom, living in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Baxter, daughter, Birdie, son, Boyce, and Rottweiler puppies. They have spent a lot of time focusing on their Christian faith, investing time on their family and creating a life and a home that they love.
