She is an acclaimed author, having co-written "Big Friendship: How We Keep Each Other Close," a book that was recognized as one of TIME’s 100 Must-Read Books of 2020.

In addition to her work with Tech LadyMafia and her podcast, Sow has a substantial background in social impact and technology.
