Amit has vast expertise in both consumer Internet and enterprise software, having managed some of the Internet’s most powerful brands such as ICQ, Netscape Security Solutions, and Winamp.

Amit is also involved at the board level or as an advisor to, a variety of Consumer Internet and Mobile companies.

Amit was recently the Executive President, and Director of Badoo, the social network for meeting new people with over 185 million users around the world, and annual sales of over $150 million.

He is the former President of AOL Premium Services, where he also served as GM of AOL’s Digital Media Services and was responsible for AOL’s Music services, MUSICNET@AOL, and AOL Music Now. He also held senior position at Amdocs, the global leading supplier of customer care, billing and operations support software, that provides services to companies like AT&T, Sprint, Nextel and T-Mobile.
