Amy Gawronski Zuccaro is a global eCommerce User Design (UX) expert and speaker. She is the director of Global eBusiness UX at Symantec, a software company valued at $2B that provides cybersecurity services.

Having worked in the field for over 20 years, Zuccaro specializes in eCommerce, user experience, visual design, usability testing, optimization, user research, Agile development, Kanban, Scrum and Agile transformation.

Zuccaro believes in data-driven user experience, relying heavily on user research to guide design decisions. Her two guiding principles are efficiency and frictionless, user-centered design.

Zuccaro has spoken at conferences on topics ranging from the importance of integrating UX into Agile processes to user research and design methodologies.

Zuccaro holds bachelor's degrees in history and Russian studies from New York University.
