Amy Nguyen is the founder of Happiness Infinity LLC, a career happiness coaching service company in Greater NYC Area. Nguyen is certified as a brain-based coach by the NeuroLeadership Institute, an official member of Forbes Coaches Council and named to Business Insider’s 2020 inaugural list of the most innovative career coaches. She was also a semi-finalist for Forbes Next 1000 List in 2021.

Five years ago, as the Head of Employee Happiness at a unicorn company in South East Asia, Nguyen experienced... unhappiness at work, caused by the four strikes as an Asian, a woman, a mom and a mom of young kids, after returning from her maternity leave. Nguyen quit her job and embarked on a journey to take charge of her own happiness. She tracked back to her childhood and dived into neuroscience to decode true happiness, including her own happy and optimistic personality despite everything that set her up for the opposite.

With her family's relocation to America, her personal quest then turned into a mission, which is to bring brain-based happiness to humanity, with a focus on empowering highly motivated women, especially mothers, to uplevel their career and life to happiness infinity for optimal and sustainable success. With her signature brain-based Happiness Infinity (HI) Formula, Nguyen inspires and guides her clients through programs, talks and workshops to happily and practically, discover and live their HI Zone every day while creating a HI Brain through brain-based techniques. She believes that way, we offer the best gift for ourselves and the world, and success will obviously follow. Nguyen is proud to say she is among the examples.

While not spreading happiness at work, Nguyen is often found nurturing her creative writing passion and continuing to uplevel her own happiness while creating a happier home. In her previous life, Nguyen did a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, took seven jobs including Human Resources and Communication across nine industries in three countries namely Vietnam, Singapore and the United States.
