Anand Kumar Adinarayan spearheads the UX design for digital transformation at Singtel, a leading provider of next-generation communication, infotainment and technology services across Asia pacific.

Prior to this, he worked at PWC, Sapient Nitro, Human Factors International translating business objectives and human needs into products and solutions across various domains such as healthcare, education, technology, banking and finance. He has delivered projects from identifying new business opportunities to building eCRM, apps, big data visualisation to e-commerce sites.

Anand started his career building products for Kodak, GE and Boeing and has more than 20 years of experience both on agency and client side in the area of experience design and digital strategy.

He has a Master of Science in Product Design from Coventry University and is a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International. A keen observer, he spends his spare time in understanding the impact of various emerging technologies on human emotions.
